Returns Policy
We stand by the quality and reliability of all of the products that we carry and as such hope that you never have any reason to return them to us. Please bear in mind that the components that we carry have very specific installation and operating instructions and will only work as intended if installed correctly so please make sure you are 100% sure you know what you're doing before you try to fit them yourself and then accept that you are not a mechanic and pay someone who does know what they're doing to take the responsibility out of your hands. We are pretty reasonable people and we accept that manufacturers make mistakes so if you buy something that looks defective then please return it to us as soon as you can, preferably within 14 working days, although we aren't going to cry if it's a bit over, but you have to help your own case on this one.
If you have fit a component and it seems to not be working you must contact us before returning it because it will be subject only to the manufacturers warranty policy, whatever it may be, and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement from us directly. We are happy to act as agents to help you get your part warrantied but it is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer or their agent to replace or repair your item.If you buy something and it isn't what you wanted/expected then return it in it's original packaging to us within 14 working days for a refund or replacement. The same goes for clothing, which must be returned in a resalable, unworn condition, with all tags intact, to qualify for replacement/refund.
With all returns you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping of your items and the cost that incurs. We highly recommend that you send returns recorded delivery as 14Bikeco. will not be held responsible for missing post. If your items are replaced by us we will cover the cost of shipping them back to you.
