Ted builds for me haha. SO MUCH POWERRR. So Ted got this bike and took it all apart, before rebuilding it
and making/replacing parts – loving the WD40 air intake. TJD

Uploaded a few new photographs of ma whip to the tumblr the other day, thought I should let yers have a look.
Current setup includes the new 14bikeco tig-welded track frame, sugino 75s, goltec hubs to rigida dp18 rims,
rolling on continental tyres. Other than that I’ve got a 14bikeco concor saddle, a pink reflector, vans waffle grips
and some pee rust.
The frame, although a pretty substantial change from the ESB setup I had before (R.I.NYC) is really awesome,
super light and responsive and easy to go mad fast on, and it’s also Copper plated, which is pretty radical. I’ll
get some more info on these frames, should pull together a proper press release at some point, but I can tell
you they’re pretty rad and should be surprisingly affordable, I’ve really enjoyed mine so far

John-vision: Mary Beth’s new bike

Apple have just signed up to the cyle to work scheme (sick!) and Mary Beth took advantage of the scheme (which can practically half the price of a build with us – more info HERE). Mary was stoked on the whole handbuilt element of the bikes, and even got involved in building her own wheels. The build turned out lovely too, John was there to take photos on his apple snapper phone

14BIKECO UPDATE
Sunday, June 5th, 2011Just a little update on what’s happening at the moment at 14bikeco. As some of you will know we still inhabit the office and store room in the Truman Brewery shop, and John can still be found there most days, sorting out web orders and going through custom builds with customers. The plan at the moment is to strengthen the distribution, wholesale and webshop side of things at 14bikeco, bring out a new frameset real soon (mad excited, I’m getting one!) whilst still offering custom orders on appointment, before moving into a new space nearby. Until we do, this is the man you want to talk to:
